The Institut Polytechnique de Paris is a public institution of higher education and research that brings together five French engineering schools: École polytechnique, ENSTA Paris, ENSAE Paris, Télécom Paris and Télécom SudParis.

The Institut Polytechnique de Paris develops multidisciplinary training and research programs based on a community of 1,000 teacher-researchers working in ten disciplinary departments. This cross-cutting approach creates unprecedented synergies between different fields, promoting, for example, the application of new technologies to traditional engineering fields such as physics or transport.
