Course Details

Objectives : The student of the Specialized Master® in Project Portfolio Management is the conductor of the company's project management. They must be able to manage a large-scale project and coordinate multi-project activity. They support the company in its organizational change towards "project process management" by integrating the company's strategy into project portfolio management. They must have strong methodological skills making them experts in project management, complemented by knowledge of the sector in which they operate. They are the conductor and interface between all stakeholders involved in the projects, primarily with the client. In this context, they may be required to create a specific hybrid project model for the company, combining agility and a process approach.

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Acquired skills during the training : Technical skills: project management, steering the company's project portfolio, integrating business processes into projects, advising management on its project strategy.
Soft skills: organized, rigorous, analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to create and maintain trusting relationships with various internal and external project stakeholders, good listening skills.
