Course Details
Objectives : The student of the Specialized Master® Project Portfolio Manager is the conductor of the company's project management. He must be able to manage a large-scale project and coordinate a multi-project activity. He supports the company in its organizational change towards "management by project processes" by integrating the company's strategy into the management of the project portfolio. He must have strong methodological skills making him an expert in project management, supplemented by knowledge of the sector of activity in which he operates. He is the conductor and the interface between all the stakeholders involved in the projects and first and foremost with the client. In this context, he may be required to compose a specific hybrid project mode for the company, mixing agility and a process approach.
