Course Details

Objectives : The specialized master of MINES ParisTech "Design of materials and Structures" (DMS) is a high level Post-Master training in the field of materials and modeling.

This Specialized Master covers areas ranging from physical properties - mechanical or not - to the sizing of industrial parts. At the material scale, the properties are analyzed in relation to the manufacturing processes, the microstructures generated and the environments in which the stressed structures evolve.

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Acquired skills during the training : - High technical level expertise in mechanics and materials
- Research and development team management
- Project management skills on the different stages of technical implementation

Targeted careers : Experts in materials, experts in structural calculations.
In design offices or large companies: Safran, Renault, PSA, CEA, Airbus etc…
