Objectives : The Microelectronics Systems course aims to train researchers or engineers in micro and nano-electronics with a wide spectrum of knowledge, ranging from the physics and technology of elementary components and micro-sensors to the design of mixed circuits and integrated systems (analog and digital). Particular attention is paid to taking into account the phenomena involved in the realization and use of very strongly submicron and nanometric components.
The 1st year of the master also allows the student to acquire solid knowledge in the related fields of EEA (Signal Processing and Automatic). An organization of the curriculum with a large number of options allows everyone to customize their path according to their personal goals.
Public concerned : Students
Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Acquired skills during the training : Master digital and analog electronics, signal processing and automatic;
Master the functioning mechanisms of electronic components, including sensors. Master the models of these components;
Know the main electronics technologies (CMOS, BiCMOS, etc.);
Master the various programmable circuit technologies (microcontrollers, FPGA, etc.) and know how to implement these circuits in intelligent systems;
