Course Details

Objectives : The BUT Professions of Energy Transition and Efficiency is a national diploma that can be prepared in initial training, in continuing education or in work-study. It is part of the European L.M.D. scheme with the possibility of capitalizing on the credits obtained in each module.

Specialized training in thermal energy is very popular in the sectors of production, distribution and use of energy. The main opportunities are in industry (aeronautics, automotive, food, etc.) and construction (study, energy efficiency).

From energy production to its use, "thermal-energy engineers" operate at all levels of the chain for the efficient and optimal implementation of techniques related to thermal and energy. This training includes a specific orientation towards the research and development of renewable energies.
