Objectives : The objective of the RREM master is to provide fundamental methods / tools / skills to design safer, more durable and more resilient systems in the face of risks, whether it is the risk of degradation of physical components, cyber -attack or natural hazards. With this program, students will be able to:
• Quickly integrate into various industry sectors, including power generation and distribution, aerospace and aeronautics, automotive, rail and maritime transport, manufacturing, oil and gas , chemical industry, medical device management, infrastructure planning and emergency response.
• conduct basic scientific research in the field of risk and resilience management and engineering and be prepared to pursue higher scientific studies, such as a doctorate in related fields, such as industrial systems engineering, management sciences, applied mathematics, modeling and simulation of industrial systems, etc.
With an RREM master's degree, graduates are qualified to hold positions of responsibility in business or in government organizations with safety and security functions. The diploma is also an excellent basis for a career as an independent service provider or appraiser, for example for insurance companies. Areas of activity can be the audit of company management on all safety and security issues, the development of prevention, protection and security plans, the development of management systems and the work of management.
Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)
